Scott, you will love it. It's one of my favorite Whitesnake albums ever. The entire album is killer, not just the three opening tracks.
4. "All or Nothing" (3:40) 5. "Gambler" (3:55) 6. "Guilty of Love" (3:24) 7. "Hungry for Love" (3:24) 8. "Give Me More Time" (3:42)
And the last track is very good as well. Hope you enjoy it. Peace.

I love John Sykes, but I prefer the UK mix of Slide It In with Mick Moody and Mel Galley prominently displayed. |

Just dusted this album off today and it sounds really great, actually better than when i first listened to it. Definately their best since John Sykes left the band.

I bought my copy at Walmart awhile back it had a bonus live disc, I do like the album but it is faint praise to say it s their best in twenty years. " Slip of the Tongue" was lifeless and 'Restless Heart" was ok but too poppy. David Coverdale still has a killer voice. The new album is good and it sounds that it picks up where the 1987 self titled left off. Doug Aldrich fits in with the band better than Steve Vai did.

Well, Blabbermouth is reporting that Whitesnake will be touring the US next year. That should give me enough time to muster the courage to leave the house to see them!

I saw them live a few years ago Spec, and it was a great concert, well worth the money.

I saw them back '88. They were pretty good back then. I have heard good reviews of the more recent shows but have yet to see them again. Maybe they will come around here again.

Awesome!
I FINALLY found my copy a few days ago, it was with a stack of CDs in the bathroom (shower music!). I was blasting it on the way to work a couple of days ago. :metal: |

I lost my copy AGAIN shortly after that post. Just found it and I'm playing it all the way through. Amazing album, one of their best! Can't wait until the new one and hopefully they'll hit up my area again for a live show.

I absolutely loved this album. It might have been my favorite of 2008, since I had absolutely no expectations for it. I was fortunate enough to see them last year at Summerfest in Milwaukee. I know somebody who has worked security there for years, so I was able to get back stage that night, and enjoy the set. I ended up talking with keyboardist Timothy Drury, bassist, Uriah Duffy, and one of my favorite guitarists Doug Aldrich. Unfortunately, David Coverdale blew out of there the moment he got off stage, and Reb Beach wouldn't come out of his bus. The other three were very accommodating though...

Yeah, that lineup of WS is one of the best, IMO. They were all amazing live too. I'm lucky I got to see Coverdale just a week or two before his voice blew out.
