Italian epic metal band DOOMSWORD has been confirmed for the Keep It True X festival, dubbed Reign Of The Tyrant, set to take place April 4-5, 2008 at Tauberfrankenhalle in Lauda-Königshofen, Germany. The group's appearance will include a reunion with vocalist Nightcomer (from DOOMSWORD's self-titled debut album) for several tracks — the first time that the original band will have ever performed live. Also confirmed for the festival are Mexican thrashers STRIKEMASTER and ex-JAG PANZER vocalist Bob Paruda (who sang on JAG PANZER's "Chain of Command" album), who will rejoin his former bandmates for a special set.

reunited thrashers Sentinel Beast, they'll play on friday - their first
european show ever!

Cool! Well, I'm not concerned for the "meet & great" - it's that
kind of festival that band members spent a lot of their time outside of
backstage, i.e. in front of the hall, drinking beers and chatting with
fans. That's how I met Destructor and Piledriver this year and Exciter
last year, and we actually hanged out with some Bullet members for few
hours as well - Great festival!!! (and great band members )

No, I have a copy of Heading for the Top but it's nothing special. They have a new one?

Locky, do you have your ticket? It's been sold out from the organizers, and there's only a handful left at nuclearblast.de and on 1 other site I can't remember right now as well.
