As has already been said the first two Holy Soldier are a must have. My two very favorites for sure. Out of what hasn't been mentioned I would probably add Sardonyx - Majestic Serenity to the list.

First three BRIDE albums are killer, also their early demos under the band name MATRIX are very good in my opinion.
Also the debut of GUARDIAN is very good, and the early demos under the band name GARDIAN are great.
Love the two mini´s and one cd that the band LIGHTMARE did back in the 90s.
Everything BLOODGOOD released (their first metal albums, and then also their cool hard rock albums). Their guitar player, DAVID ZAFFIRO released two good melodic hard rock albums that are also good to have.

everything from Saint (except The Perfect Life)

Both Seventh Angel albums are a must along with both My Silent Wake discs.
