I have no problems with Madonna and RUN DMC being inducted into R n R Hall of Fame, they have made an impact on the industry and in their respective genres, what do have a problem with is ignoring bands that have had a bigger impact such as KISS, Alice Cooper, and Deep Purple for example who have not been inducted, The Dave Clark Five who are in the R n R Hall of Fame are an ok band I guess but their is no way they have had a greater influence than say Deep Purple, but at the end of the day Rock n Roll does not belong in a museum anyway. |

You would be correct sir - But why include Madonna and RUN DMC in a ROCK 'N' ROLL hall of fame?

I think they use the term Rock n Roll to refer to everything from doo wop to dance music. |
