| Tough choice between Sabbath and Rainbow, but I went with Sabbath. That's what I listen to most. Only heard a few Elf songs and I'm only familiar with solo-Dio "hits". |

| I have to go with Black Sabbath, " Heaven and Hell" and " The Mob Rules" are IMO that best Black Sabbath albums ever made, and when Dio joined them it breathed new life into a band that was almost becoming a parody of its self, for that alone Dio should be nominated for saint hood. |

| I went with Dio's solo stuff b/c in my eyes, even though Dio was the front man, Rainbow was really lead by Ritchie Blackmore. I love both equally though. Peace. |

| Well it sure wasn't Elf. They were pretty lame honky tonk blues if you ask me. But of the other three I'd have to go with Rainbow, even though it's tough. |

| Realllly tough to chose on this poll. I like them all. Voted for Black Sabbath. Not sure why. Could have just as easily voted for Dio or Rainbow.

| I also like Elf, not my favorite but still a good solid band with alot honky tonk boogie piano influence, later Ritchie Blackmore would recruit the entire band minus the guitarist for Rainbow's first album, of course with the expection of Dio would all be fired before even embarking on their first tour. |
