That's actually pretty well translated compared to some of the stuff that comes outta Hong Kong. I've got some bootlegged Anime by way of Hong Kong where the subtitles are so mangled that they're just freakin' hilarious. |

| Some holiday cheer from the good folks at Stupid Comics...  (Think this cover might have been the inspiration for "Silent Night, Deadly Night?")  I'm pretty sure that I had this comic in my old collection, and if memory serves, there was no corresponding story inside to match this cover. What a frickin rip off.  On a side note... remember the days when you'd actually get 80 PAGES of ALL NEW MATERIAL in a comic book for a BUCK? Damn. Nowadays if a comic book had a $1.00 cover price it'd probably be two pages long.

|  Stupid Comics has posted another one of their awesome collections of "funny out of context" panels from the comics of days gone by. Some highlights...  "The Archies Salute Breakdancing" ... in those outfits? Oh yeah, they totally down with wut goin' on in tha streetz, yo.  Your eyes are not deceiving you... yes, Reggie is flippin' the bird.  Probably the same stuff that hit Sabrina the Teenage Witch in the face earlier in this thread.
