| Bar7 (2000 Sin-Drome Records) Freak 4 Leaf Clover Got A New Life No Show Love Is Such Cellophane Ladybug She Don't All Natural American Dream A band that began in 1998 (I believe) This album came out shortly before the Tesla reunion benefit show here in Sacramento for local DJ Pat Martin during the end of October, 2000. Featuring Jeff Kieth and Tommy Skeoch Good album, but nothing great. Best tunes "4 leaf clover" and "American Dream" _________________

| I agree that Bar 7 is goods but not great, it was good to see JK and Tommy back together again but I expected more. _________________ I've been called worse things by better people.-Pierre Trudeau

| I dunno, I've always liked that Bar 7 disc. Probably part of it was with Tesla being no more, at the time anyway, I was just glad to hear Jeff singing again. Not an essential disc but a good one nonetheless. I think anyone that's a fan of Tesla in general would do right by seeking this one out. You won't be disappointed. _________________ A legend in posting since February 1st, 2007

| Forevermore is a great album and parts remind me of Psychotic Supper. Tesla has a sound that fits well with what they did in the 80's and what they're doing now, they never were an all out hair band. Bar 7 seemed like B grade Tesla, from what I heard but I may have to go check it out again. |

| Moon Dog Mane-Turn It Up 1998 Eureka Records (Koch/PolyGram) Turn It Up I Believe You Turn Me On Peanut On A Plate Sweet Southern Sound Turn The Page Watcha Gonna Do? When I Think About It Now Let It Shine Roll With The Punches Times Are Changin' Can't Stop Rockin' Of the albums done by the members of Tesla after the split. This band was the best. Just some good heavy rock with a totaly honest southern vibe. Brody is from Gorgia ya know. I wish this band would of stuck together, oh well. The vocals are in the vein of Paul Rodgers and Steve Marriot, though not of the same caliber. Frankie is the star of the show, plain and simple. All the songs are good, some better than others, and a few are quite excellent. Those being, "Turn It Up", "Sweet Southern Sound", "When I Think About It Now" and "Let It Shine". _________________ |

| I've never been much for Hannon for some reason (I'm a big fan of Skeoch though) so I've never bothered with this one but I've heard it, not bad. _________________ I've been called worse things by better people.-Pierre Trudeau

| I had the Moon Dog Mane disc but it was a little too "southern rock" for my taste. At the time, I was probably expecting it to be more Tesla and less, uh, I dunno, .38 Special? I remember trading it in a my local used shop and seeing it sit in the rack for years. It was staring back at me every time I went in there. I guess someone finally took pity on it and one day it disappeared. _________________ A legend in posting since February 1st, 2007

My copy of this is in our band room. I havn't listened to it in a long, long time. I can say that it is great playing, but any details escape me. The following link has a nice overview and some video representation. Thanks to that author. http://hardrockhideout.com/2007/02/17/frank-hannon-guitarz-from-marz/ Frank Hannon Band-100 proof live ! (Coming soon 2010) Here is a link with some live clips of The Frank Hannon Band http://www.teslatroops.com/FH/video_full_1.php I see this band more than any other band around. They'll jam everything from ABB to Floyd to Aerosmith and toss in the kitchen sink. _________________ |

| There are 2 Soul Motor cds available I don't have them and maybe I can ask Tommy to loan me a copy of the one he is on the next time we jam together? Brian Wheat is on both. I remember not really liking what limited exposure I had to either. Darin Wood has a unique voice and is a very kewl dude. This thing is now done, somebody else can get busy with their lil trip. _________________ |

| I hadn't seen the Forever More post until now, FM is a good album, it's a little modern sounding but I'd rather listen to this than what's out there nowadays. I'm still hoping for the box set to come out. _________________ I've been called worse things by better people.-Pierre Trudeau
