Into The Pit

Just a quick review. Scott sent me a copy a few day's ago. I've got to say what a GREAT cd this is...My favorite song is Heart of Metal. It's got a little Manowar vibe,but thats what I like about it. Production is very good.

Any thoughts...

I like the whole CD! Every song is great! Into the pit is better than a lot of other cds I've purchased including the new Overkill and Death Angel. Why aren't the Ultimatium guys on a bigger label?

Maybe ITP might open some doors for them because they definitly deserve it.

It is a must for every metalhead out there. I thought that GAME OVER was from symphonic extremities. Not a bad song on the album 10/10

Amazing album. "Heart Of Metal" is my favourite as well. The double-bass sections are phenominal. The solo in "Blind Faith" is another standout part for me.

Cool. Glad you all like it.

Robert recorded that solo in Blind Faith. There are two versions of that song. The demo version on Til the End is longer and was recorded by Steve Trujillo. I'll have to send you an MP3 of the demo version to check out. I like the album version better.

We played a show this past weekend at a private party and performed most of the Into the Pit CD, as well as Creeping Death, Never, and Mortal Stomp.

I finally have had the opportunity to really listen to this CD over and over again - this is a great CD! One of my favorites that I have picked up this year. Definitely my favorite Ultimatum album. It hooks you right in from the beginning to the end. Standout tracks for me are Heart of Metal, Blind Faith, Exonerate, and Deathwish.

Blink sounds great as well as the Intrumental title track. The guitar work is tight. Nice solos.

Just a great job done by the band Ult - be very proud.
